Been trying to stop using ketamine for a year, 

Advice on dealing with temptation. Understanding Why do I feel I need it. I know what I need to do but keep slipping up and I want to be fully done.  

Mega appreciated our talks Shawnna it helped me a lot in understanding my own head, its been a mad journey all on the up and as I say you was massive part of the positive process even though ya may just think its your job, u make great impacts on people. Again thank u.
