About: District Nursing / Lisburn District Nursing

(as a relative),

I would like to send thanks to the team of district nurses from the the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. In our time of need they were very very re-assuring to my Dad and our family. The care provided was dignified and the response times were so quick at any time of the night.

My Dad passed in January. On behalf of him and our family I would like to thank them for the support at this difficult time. It will never be forgotten xxxx

We are proud of the compassionate and high-quality care our nurses provide to all of our patients, the nurses work hard every day to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care, and it is encouraging to know that your father and the family felt reassured and supported during this difficult time.
