I just have to say that a good doctor can make all the difference. Yesterday I had an appointment booked at Sutton Eye Hospital. I went in two hours late but the doctor who saw me was so lovely and kind and respectful that it didn't matter to me. He talked to me not at me and kept coming to find me when I was having various tests to check how they were going.

So completely different to my last experience of the hospital when the doctor was rude, ignorant, abrupt and downright disrespectful (I complained but didn't receive a response! )

Mr Fison (I think I have that spelt right) you are a true gentleman - I wish all doctors were like you. Some of your colleagues could learn a thing or two from you!
