About: Children & younger people's services / Continence Team (CYP)

(as a parent/guardian),

The reviews are completed in person and by telephone.

Sam (Nurse) offers compassion and understanding of our little girl's needs. This approach supports and encourages our little one to interact to ensure she is heard and is able to express her own opinions, wishes and set new goals.

The reviews are completed regularly which supports to identify any changes or trial products to support our little one with her continence requirements. These are then tailored to her needs.

We are able to review what is working well for our little one and what might not be working as well as it could be, then discuss new strategies.

Keep up the amazing work Sam.
