About: Children & younger people's services / Continence Team (CYP)

(as a service user),

I have had support from Alison for over a year and she has been an invaluable support. She has been so kind and caring and not only supported my child but also myself.

She’s always gone above and beyond to support us with continence. Telephoned us when she said that she was going to and made appointments suitable for us as we work.

Alison has really helped us with understanding our child’s issues more and given us practical help and support, and enabled us to get a diagnosis for our child alongside a paediatrician.

Alison is an excellent practitioner who always delivers an outstanding service. It is clear in your review that Alison went above and beyond to support your family, providing appointments to fit around your busy life.
