I just want to let you know I had a wonderful, positive experience on my 2nd attempt at having my MRI scan done at Clinical Research Imaging Facility Ninewells today after "chickening out" previously.

Thank you so very much to yourself Baljit, Laura and Val for making everything go so smoothly and for explaining everything so clearly to me and relaxing me. I asked if you could hold my hand as I went into the scanner and both of you did which made me feel calm and relaxed.

I wouldn't hesitate to do another one now. I managed in for all the time you needed me for my scan and feel so proud!

Thank you so much for your kind message. It is extremely important to us that we make patients feel as comfortable as possible when coming for and MRI scan. Knowing that you were able to overcome your initial fear and complete the scan provides a great sense of satisfaction for us too.
