I wanted to thank the Jaunty Springs Community Nursing Team so much for looking after me during my placement in your team.

I have loved every minute of my time with you all and after this placement, I can honestly say I feel very passionate about district nursing and it is certainly what I want to do when I qualify.

I cant thank you enough for making me realise this and giving me insight into the district nursing world.

You are all lovely people and your patients are very lucky to have such a genuine down to earth team looking after them.

I will take away new skills and its nice to have witnessed what "real" nursing is about.

My experience with you is one I will never ever forget, I have loved it more than I ever imagined.
