"Attitude of a nurse"

About: John Coupland Hospital

(as a service user),

Today I took my fiancé to the urgent treatment centre at John Coupland Hospital. The triage nurse that saw us was lovely, very friendly manner, but then the next nurse that saw us, their attitude was absolutely rotten toward my fiancé. He is a type 2 diabetic and came here to get a second opinion over his swollen left foot, where a foot ulcer is also located. He asked a simple question and they gave him an incredulous look, snorted almost and responded rudely. A little decorum and a smile doesn’t hurt.
