"It was fully my choice"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I came in thinking I had a deviated septum and wanted help with finally being able to breathe through it. Turns out its a flap that's too large and blocking my nasal passage.

I was given two options, nasal sprays forever or an injection to shrink it. I choose the injection. I felt listened to, reassured and I didn't feel pushed to either option, it was fully my choice.
