"Could be alot better "

Got a txt from the practice about having some bloods n blood pressure to be done . Phone the practice to explain I had only been on the medication 2 weeks . The receptionist told that I needed the bloods . My response was I need these bloods to be done in 12 weeks to see if they had helped with my cholesterol. So I came to see the nurse on the the 30th July 24th . The nurse in charge told me it was for a diabetes check . My response was I've not fasted for this test I was told it's for my cholesterol check . So it was a waste of appointment for me which ment I had then had to go to Mexborough montagu for bloods to be taken . Someone who needed the appointment at the gp practice could have that appointment. I the receptionist should make sure on the information they are giving out is correct and stop wasting appointments. This is not aimed at all receptionist
