I attended Day Surgery at New Victoria Hospital, Glasgow for a gynaecological procedure to be carried out under a general anaesthetic.
Dr Dsa and her team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The care and professionalism was outstanding. After the procedure Dr Dsa patiently explained the outcome of the procedure and answered all questions in a kind and caring manner. She has contacted me this morning in person to arrange a further scan next week. I am mightily impressed with the commitment and efficiency shown.
We as patients are so fortunate to have people like Dr Dsa and her colleagues working so very hard for us in the NHS.
