"Amazing care in the Seamoor Unit"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Cancer Services

(as the patient),

Recently I had my third biologic injection at the Seamoor Unit and despite some issues getting hold of my injection, the nurse looking after me was so hard working and caring and she couldn’t do enough for me.

The nurse looking after me was Jo. I want to say a huge thank you to her for being so patient and understanding. She really deserves some recognition.

Dear Stars1102,

Thank you for the wonderful feedback in regards to the Seamoor unit and Jo in particular, I will ensure that she receives this personally.

We are fortunate to have an amazing team in the Seamoor Unit who are so passionate in their work for patients and it sounds as you have recently experienced this yourself.

Apologies for the problems with getting your injection in a timely manner and appreciate your patience. with this.

I wish you well on your journey and offer your my very best wishes.

Lisa
