NHS Lothian is very lucky to have one of the most thorough, caring, knowledgeable rheumatologists I've ever come across. I'd been under rheumatology for 2 years before I was placed under Dr Boyle. From the very first time I saw Dr Boyle, he was extremely thorough in his examination, and took a detailed history, listened and you can see he genuinely cares about his patients.

I'm now finally seeing an improvement of my psoriatic arthritis, and associated symptoms. Dr Boyle took time to explain my treatment care pathway, and he looks at how my other conditions affect me, and anything else he can do to support me. He really is a credit to NHS Lothian.
