"Care received"

About: Newton Abbot Community Hospital

(as a service user),

I attended Newton Abbot UTC on a Sunday morning at 11:30 following a foot injury. I just wanted to say that everyone I met was so personable and caring.  The receptionist in whom I booked in met me with a smile and was very kind. The staff were very apologetic regarding the wait but I felt that once I was triaged I was managed promptly and seen much quicker than if I have gone to A&E
