I went online this morning at 8.30 to try and get an appointment regarding an ankle injury. I filled in the form and tried to be as accurate as possible with all the information. I have waited and heard nothing back. So I am carrying my phone around the house waiting.....
I filled in an online form 5 mins ago regarding this to a watchdog and lo and behold I get a phone call from riverside surgery.... When I picked up the phone nothing!!!!!
I tried to call back and answerphone kicked in and said all appointments are full.... So I have to go thru this whole process again tomorrow....and the next day and the next day......
This system is not fit for purpose
