"The service we received was excellent"

(as a parent/guardian),

I took my daughter to RVH children’s A&E and I just want to thank the staff there for putting my teenage daughter at ease with their chat, good humour and reassuring manner. 

A big thank you to Doctor Alice and Nurse Chloe whose professionalism also put my mind at ease, getting cardiology to see her the same day and taking me seriously, and for cardiology coming to see her so quickly. 

There’s always so much bad press around the NHS and A&E departments, but the service we received was excellent, thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on the positive experience that you had in ED when you attended with your daughter.
