"Messed up appointments, and a lot of disturbance "

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

I have had more than a couple of times my appointments messed and then on the day did not had the actual appointment, as needed.

Also the personal is rude, and it is upsetting to have a minimal conversation with them, since they lie about my appointments. They also call me on my personal phone number every next day, and bother me with wrong dates and pretending or demending me to be on wrong days at the hospital....so if I had appointment on Monday, they called me on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from some private numbers (you do not know who is even calling you...why a private number and not the ward number displayed anyway????!!)... And if I have a longer term treatment, for a few months having to go to the hospital weekly, then why they bother me every week since my treatment started and even on a daily basis with private numbers, telling me that I have appointments when I do not have....so it is not enough that I am sick and I have been at the emergency, now I have to take stupid phone calls with appointments messed-up all over the place??? Why this mess??? I get my appointment and done. What is this messing around, and people calling, demending me to he on wrong days present, and fighting with me at the phone about wrong appointments?!!!

Also, I am being sent floors up and down through the building, first to an upper floor (there they couldn't take my blood tests)...then being sent to a lower c floor...I have received priority urgent ticket (with the initial appointment at 8am), but then I have been put at the end of the waiting lists with 20 other people before me...though on my ticket says Urgent...urgent!....not sure how is fine, and ethical to send a woman with an ectopic pregnancy (and the urgent hospitalisation that I have had multiple times on top, at least 3 times) up and down the floors and make it wait and put it at the end of the waiting list with 20 people before me, when I was here at 8am as my doctor said!!!! So rather than 8am it became 9.30 when I finished!

So my whole experience was an absolute mess and just made my state worse physically and mentally too....
