"Extremely helpful and reassuring"

At the end of January I had a total hip replacement. My GP surgery arranged for Laetitia to visit. She was very reassuring as I was in much pain. She arranged for a pressure cushion, perching stool, kitchen trolley, raised toilet seat with frame and grabber to be delivered. She visited on 3 more occasions giving me exercises and extension exercises to do.

Kuldeep came when Laetitia wasn’t able to come, Kuldeep was very helpful with my exercises.

Pain has not gone, but Laetitia gave me exercises to do in a warm hotel swimming pool. I was signed off as my range of movement was now very good but pain was still evident.

Both ladies were extremely helpful and reassuring, at a time I needed it most, with lots of hints and tips. An excellent service!
