"Listened and ensured things were moving forward"

About: Community Therapy Services / Bassetlaw Community Therapy

(as a carer),

Rachel came to see mum (who had a fall way back in early Nov 2024) as a referral from the falls team. Mum had cracked the back of her pelvis and at 88 this was causing her great mobility issues.

Rachel communicated with us both in a friendly, adult and caring way, listened to us both with belief and did some tests (BP,O2 etc) before giving mum hints and tips and some exercise sheets. She also referred her to the continence clinic and suggested a GP appt for an ear check.

Best of all she called me weekly to ensure all was moving forward.

Brilliant!
