"All in all, a big thumbs up to the surgery"

I would like to share some positive feedback about my surgery.

The doctors there are good but could do better with patient care and understanding.

My go-to GP is Dr. Bukhari. He truly stands out to me—always welcoming with a smile, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me improve my health and overall quality of life.

While some doctors insist on addressing only one issue per appointment, Dr. Bukhari is always willing to listen and help with multiple medical concerns, showing true dedication to patient care.

The nurses working in the practice are genuinely compassionate and attentive, always showing kindness and care in their approach.

The reception and phone staff are always friendly and helpful. They do their best to assist within the limits of what they’re able to do.

The practice also benefits from having an in-house pharmacy, which is incredibly convenient and valuable for patients. Additionally, the surgery has expanded by opening a secondary site to accommodate the increasing number of patients. I see this as a thoughtful and proactive step to ensure continued quality care.

Areas that need improvement:

1. Phone service needs changing.

2. More availability on appointments.

3. Rather than operating as two separate entities, the surgery and the pharmacy should work in closer partnership to better support patients and provide a more seamless, integrated level of care.

4. Parking issues, but I guess that's down to location.

All in all, a big thumbs up to the surgery for their commitment and service.
