"Help from the Occupational Therapy Service"

About: Community Occupational Therapy / West (Dunfermline & Rosyth)

(as the patient),

Adele, an Occupational Therapist, attended to assess what help I needed commensurate with my current health situation. She identified a number of potential remedies, one of which she organised fairly quickly and followed up others.

She was very professional throughout and was a pleasure to work with.

Dear Grey Ghost,

Thank you very much for this lovely feedback. As Adele's line manager I will make sure that she sees this. I am pleased that she was able to arrange some assistance quickly. Other intervention does take longer than others, so follow up is very important to ensure that services are in place. I am delighted that you found Adele's approach to be professional throughout the process. I appreciate you taking the time to post this story

kind regards

Morag
