"Amazing support at a difficult time"

I recently had several consultations with Dr Dow after struggling with breast feeding following the birth of my son. I wanted to feedback on my care as it really was exemplary. Dr Dow was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment. She was empathetic, really listened to my concerns and explained all of the options available to me.

Struggling to breast feed has been really difficult for me but I felt really well supported and empowered to make the best choice for me and my baby under the circumstances we found ourselves in. She even reached out to check on me a few weeks later. I know that this level of care and professionalism in a stretched NHS is really rare. I therefore wanted to reach out and highlight the amazing service I received.
