"Friendly, funny, approachable and knowledgeable"

I wanted to write little feedback about Health Visitors in Bannockburn. If I can’t get my own Hv if she’s on holiday I know someone in the team would phone me back I really appreciate this and reduces my anxiety. My own hv is so accessible via her work mobile or her email and so accommodating to my many queries about my child. Nothing is ever a problem she’s so friendly, funny, approachable and knowledgeable. So thank you Jean. I really appreciate how you radiate your love of the job.
