"Thank you everyone for your great care"

I’ve been having ongoing back pain for a number of years now. I’ve been seeing Michael the physiotherapist at Outpatients Physio at the New Vic for the past few months. Michael has taken a good history and assessment of my symptoms. He’s has given a clear diagnosis and has prescribed exercises that are simple to understand. Michael has been great at listening to my thoughts, opinions and creating a common goal of what I want to gain out of my physio sessions. Throughout the sessions he has created a great rapport with myself as a patient . 

The whole of the outpatient physio department have always been welcoming , friendly and smiling on arrival from the receptionists, therapy support workers and physiotherapists.
