Attended Dermatology Dept at Stirling Hospital to have skin biopsy to my head. Right away the staff ( David and Lucy) made me welcome and certainly made me feel comfortable and calm explaining exactly what was going to be happening. They talked to me throughout the operation keeping me informed of what they were doing.
No one wants to go in to hospital for any reason but all in all my experience was made much better by David and Lucy that day.
