"Helped very much by the lovely staff"

My experience here in Radiotherapy has been better than I expected, helped very much by the lovely staff, who are always helpful & friendly.

They use your first name which is good.

Over the first two weeks my appointments were about the same time each day, but they seem to be more varied in the coming weeks, but that's not a problem for me because I get a bus here from Perth, straight to the hospital.

The only improvement i can think of would be another toilet here the waiting area - in an ideal world!
