Due to diagnosis of Stage 4 Cancer and a collapsed lung it became obvious that I required assistance with various equipment in my home. I was then contacted by occupational therapy who put the wheels into motion and supplied various aids to help me.
A special thanks to Yvonne and others from her department for all their assistance so far. This help that I have received has been given to me with much gratitude. Thank you all so much.
