About: Maternity / Labour Ward / Delivery Suite Maternity / Maternity Ward

(as a service user),

We would just like to say how impressed we were with the level of attention and care from the staff in the Ulster maternity unit - from induction ward, to delivery ward, to maternity ward. Staff were very personable and had plenty of time for you, despite the heavy demands of their jobs. This applies to the whole team - midwives, midwifery assistants, domestics, and consultants, with a particular mention to Lisa and Megan. Thank you!

thankyou so much for taking the time to share your experience of maternity services at the Ulster Maternity Unit. I am delighted to hear that you felt safe and supported throughout your pregnancy and birth journey. In means so much to the staff to know that the women in our care have had a positive birth experience. I will will share your lovely comments with the team and ensure Lisa and Megan, in particular, are made aware of this positive feedback.
