"Change in repeat prescriptions"

I tried to get a repeat prescription today and after it not being at the chemist I went in and they said it takes 5 days and we’re acting like it’s always been like that, well it hasn’t it used to be 2 days. The chemist confirmed they changed it recently, it would be nice if they informed their patients of this especially if they need their medication to keep their physical and mental health in check.
