"Great care"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I had to attend hospital after having severe chest pains. I was taken to triage the nurse took my blood pressure and then a taken to a room to be seen by a hcsw Jade who explained what she was doing & provided information on what happens next, e.g waiting times for doctor, blood results and what tests were for.

I then was looked after by Rhys who welcomed me with a friendly attitude, he updated me on still waiting for doctor and that hopefully it wouldn’t be long. I was in the department for some hours but the care received I was very happy with and couldn’t fault the teams.

It is nice to see a department where staff can be seen happy and appeared to work well
