"Allergic reaction"

About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Urgent Care Centre (Phone First)

(as the patient),

I woke up with a strange rash which kept on spreading, by the Tuesday it was getting worse and more unbearable. By the Wednesday it was affecting my face and my left eye which was really scaring me.

Had no luck with GP and I really needed a professional to look at this...so on the Thursday morning I rang the phone first service first thing.

I didn't wait too long on a call back and got an appointment that morning thanks to Clare who is the advanced nurse practitioner..I honestly can't thank her enough and what an excellent service they provide

Thankfully, I hadn't needed it before, but it's so good to know it's there if I ever do again...brilliant service you all provide.. Thank you to staff in UCC..
