"The Vaccine Service"

About: NHS Lanarkshire / Covid 19 Vaccination Programme

(as a relative),

Very pleasant Nurse who spent time explaining the Covid booster to my mum. My mum is house bound so we appreciate her coming to the house. Mum has carers so is very vulnerable to picking up illnesses.

For the sake of local residents, I think a mobile service would be helpful in Moodiesburn as our bus service is dreadful.

Dear Dupeire,

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. I am pleased to hear that your mum had a positive experience with our nurse and that the explanation provided was helpful and reassuring.

I also appreciate your suggestion about a mobile service. Accessibility is a key priority for us, and feedback like yours helps us identify areas where improvements can be made. We do operate a number of pop-up clinics across Lanarkshire, however this is depending on availability of premises.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Kind Regards

Tobias Tipper
