Previously received SMS message from the practise automated system advising need to book appointment around start of the year. Each time I've called up been told no appointment avaliable for next 8 weeks and to call back.
When finally given a telephone consultation via calling 111, I was not called back by the Practise at the allocated time or in the following 3 hours.
Then sent a follow-up rude SMS saying saying they tried calling at the allocated time. although I received no call or missed call.
Have now been advised via SMS to go to local urgent care.
"No access to GP, Nurse Appointments, Go elsewhere "
