"Reassuring and put me at ease "

I had an appointment with a nurse this morning, she couldn’t have been more lovely! I really struggle with medical appointments and find going stressful. She explained everything careful and was reassuring throughout it all. She was patience when asking questions as sometimes I take a moment to process what is being asked. She made me feel like a human not just another part of the job. I’m grateful she was so nice, thank you.
