Friday 21st Feb 2025 a request was made to the service that was urgently needed the patient was never informed by the receptionist that they would need to make an appointment to see the GP. Thursday 24th April 2025 I refused to speak to the receptionist who was helping the trainee as she was so rude. No it was not the very rude lady someone else a lady came from upstairs to speak to me I do not understand why our GP service is the first and last point of call and the basic things and urgent things cannot be done. The misinformation on your printouts are dangerous to you, during this time 111 contacted the GP on our behalf and still the information was not forthcoming let alone to inform the patient what needs to happen. Got a medical printout not on headed paper you need a GP appointment for that on the medical printout there is insufficient on it it needs to be updated how is that supposed to help anyone. The surgery is taking on all these other surgeries and cannot support the patients they already have.
