"They dont seem to care"

i went a few years back looking for help with weight loss and was going well, then they decided they could not give me the appointments anymore and left me to do it on my own, recently i have lost a lot of weight on my own but went back hoping for help this time, they took bloods said they will do a full scope and a doctor will call me, receptionist calls me to tell me I'm going onto meds for high cholesterol despite me never even hearing from a doctor, i told her this and she said she will get a doctor to call me. a pharmacist then calls tells me meds aren't needed and to carry on what I'm doing essentially saying they wont support me and if anything else, speak to a doctor. I explained i wasn't happy with this and was told this consultation is now over.
