If it wasn't for the community mental health team in Andover, I would never have known what was wrong with me. I was happy that my consultant at CMHT pushed my GP to get some more answers regarding my health.
My Care Co-ordinator/Nurse Vicky is really helpful and supportive and has been an advocate for me to get help from other professionals.
I'm really grateful for all that has been done for me.
