I recently had an X-ray at Downe Hospital and upon arrival  I was warmly greeted by Jake at reception. Conor, the radiographer, was extremely pleasant and made me feel at ease throughout the process. On my way to reception, I also passed a few other staff members who smiled and acknowledged me, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. 

The overall environment at Downe Hospital felt calm and reassuring. It was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciated the care and kindness shown.
