My Mother had to receive an x-ray recently and a had a lovely, kind radiographer called Will. 

Will took the time in explaining the goings on to my Mum. He was very kind in guiding my Mum into the x-ray room and was very patient with her.

Thanks Will you certainly have great people skills and are in the right career. Thank you.
