"A first class, professional and caring experience"

I recently visited the Plastic Surgery Clinic at Forth Valley Royal Hospital to have a cyst removed. I arrived slightly early, was seen almost immediately and then the friendly staff introduced themselves, explained the procedure and aftercare clearly and kindly, checking I understood everything and giving me time to ask questions. The procedure was undertaken quickly, as the nurses distracted me by chatting. They ensured that the procedure was pain free and again explained the post procedure care and how to get help , if required later. It was a first class, professional and caring experience,  - thank you Kirsty & Maureen!
