"A thankyou to all"

About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Doncaster Community Rehabilitation Team

(as a service user),

I fell and broke my hip. I was lucky enough not to wait too long for an ambulance and the two men whose names I don't know were amazing. I don't remember the journey, I only remember waking up in hospital post op - so a massive thankyou to them XX

My stay after the op was two weeks I had a lot of pain helped by a lot of amazing nurses - the food was awful not enough salt and not enough sugar. I then came home and had physio at home. The physio at home, the physio and occupational staff were all kind and lovely people.

Just thankyou to all from start all the way to discharge. xxx

But that didnt stope me calling them witch doctors when I had to do the exercises but I am sure I am sure they didnt mean to be, they were all great and a massive thankyou all.
