Dear Finnr

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience following your recent injury. We are delighted to hear that you received excellent care throughout your journey — from Minor Injuries and A&E, through to Ward 10A and follow-up care.

It’s wonderful to know that every team you encountered, including medical staff, radiologists, porters, admin, X-ray staff, physiotherapists, the plaster room team, and everyone on Ward 10A, treated you with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Clear communication and compassionate care are central to what we strive for, and it’s incredibly rewarding to hear that this was reflected in your experience.

We will ensure your kind words are shared with all the teams involved. Feedback like yours is so appreciated and truly boosts staff morale.

Wishing you all the very best with your continued recovery.

Kind regards

Kevin
