"Gallstones and turned Jaundice."

I had a appointment in the SAU the same morning I had took a awful gallbladder attack again and the lovely surgeon had asked how I felt about staying to try get the pain managed. I was so thankful that he suggested that as I was crippled in agony.

Was taken to 4 North quite quickly and set up with IV paracetamol a few hours later but there was problems with me getting onto their systems however I completely understood this. The nurses on 4 north are absolute angels they went above and beyond for my care kept me calm even when I was crying in agony they couldn't do enough for me.

There was a surgeon I am not sure of her name but I couldn't thank her enough as she took my bloods and raced for them to get on due to myself going jaundice and the pain I was experiencing. Thankfully they all had changed my painkillers and started me on antibiotics promptly to help me get better.

The MRI radiographers were fantastic as well with keeping me calm as i had never had one before and had stayed with me until i was comfortable enough. Even when i pressed the emergency button completely by accident they spoke to me straight away in a reassuring voice.

The main surgeon Dr Marks was so kind and made sure that I had the correct antibiotics to go home with after my 5 day stay as I am allergic to quite a few different medications but I can't thank him enough. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me including the health care assistants aswell.
