"A shout out to the aftercare"

Just after Easter this year, I had to have a operation, to deal with a infection on my right foot. I've already reviewed the great care I received at the Victoria & Ninewells, hospitals, but wanted to give a shout out to the after care I received from podiatry dept, in Dunfermline. 

Having never had a operation before, everything involved before, during & after was all new to me, so when I was finally was discharged from hospital, my podiatry experience started with home visits by Karen & Jimmy, then later at QM hospital podiatry, with Neil & Jimmy. 

I can't praise them any higher for their skill & expertise, professionalism & advice, duty of care each week, but above all else, their interpersonal skills. It was somewhat of a traumatic, challenging time with lots of questions, for me & I really appreciate the care I received, from the down to earth, friendly great people, who are our Nhs, that I got to know. And a comfort and confidence to know, any future problems I may have, Neil, Jimmy, Karen & everyone at podiatry are there.
