About: Adult Health & Support Services / Occupational Therapy

(as a service user),

Before attending appointments for occupational therapy I was unable to leave the house on my own without feeling scared. This was all from a accident that happened 3 year ago.

The lady I was talking to was lovely made me feel so at ease and over the past nine months I have seen such a big difference. Ok I still can't always go out on my own, but I have a few times. This lady helped me a lot, to the point I didn't want to stop my appointments with her because I looked forward to our wee chats

Dear Leah25,

Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience of engaging with Occupational Therapy support. Your feedback is lovely to read and it seems like you gained a lot from the support offered.

I wondered if you would be so kind as to share details of which OT service you engaged with and the name of the therapist, allowing me to ensure this feedback is shared with the directly.

Once again thank you for sharing your feedback,

Amanda
