(as a carer),

I just wanted to share some feedback on Michael from the Notts South UCR team. He recently came out to visit, and we were so impressed with the care and compassion he showed. Michael was incredibly patient, a great listener, and made us feel completely reassured. His friendly and caring nature really stood out—he’s an absolute gem. We’re so grateful for the support he provided and the way he went above and beyond. A true asset, we hope that if we require any help from UCR team again that we are lucky enough to have Michael visit :)
