"I felt fully supported throughout my stay"

When i arrived i was very nervous but was soon made to feel at ease from the staff. The first few days were a little difficult due to new surroundings and  being around new people but the staff couldn't do enough for us and the other residents were lovely to be around. I felt fully supported throughout my stay and I felt like I was being treated as a person, not a project. I am very grateful to all members of the team and feel confident moving forward to the next phase of my recovery.
