Attended a gynae clinic appointment recently for a procedure I was very anxious about. I was made to feel at ease from the outset and had so much confidence in Miss Harper who performed this for me. I had pain relief options discussed, and great care was taken to ensure the experience was as smooth and pain free as possible. The procedure itself was so much easier than I imagined and I was kept informed throughout. I left the appointment feeling completely valued as a patient and had total trust in my practitioner. We should all be made to feel like this at every medical appointment we attend, and it emphasises that communication and information sharing is key to making us feel part of our own care pathway. So thank you, you were wonderful.
