About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Lothian Birth Centre

(as the patient),

I recently gave birth to my third child at the Royal Infirmary’s Lothian birth centre. I had the most wonderful experience here and I want to share my gratitude towards the incredible midwives, student midwives and doctors at the hospital. Despite being very busy, every single member of staff truly went above and beyond for myself and my baby. This was my third time giving birth and the royal and I am so impressed by the services provided. I will forever be grateful to all the wonderful people we have encountered here. Thank you all for everything you do!

Your appreciation means a great deal to the entire team—especially during busy times—so knowing that you felt supported, cared for, and truly looked after makes all the difference. We’re incredibly proud of our midwives, student midwives, and doctors, and it’s wonderful to hear that their compassion and dedication left such a lasting impression.

Welcoming a new life into the world is such a special moment, and we’re honoured to have been part of that journey with you and your family. Your gratitude will be shared with the team, and I know it will mean a great deal to them.
