"Thank you to everyone involved in my care"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency North Devon District Hospital / Fracture Clinic North Devon District Hospital / Radiology (X-ray)

(as the patient),

I had my small finger fractured/dislocated playing roller hockey, I went to A and E and although they were busy I was seen and treated in a very good manner, from the front desk staff, x ray and Dr

Subsequently I went to the fracture clinic within a few days and again can’t thank all the staff and drs enough for their help

Finally I had surgery on my finger within 8 days and everyone’s caring attitude really shines through

Thank you to everyone involved in my care, it is very much appreciated

Hello Hockey

I am sorry to hear of your recent injury sustained whilst playing roller hockey.

Thank you for taking the time out of your recovery to let us know of your feedback during your time in A&E, Radiology, Fracture clinic and Theatres. I am pleased to hear that you received excellent care from all our staff during your time with us.

On behalf of Radiology, I wish you a speedy recovery following your surgery and hope you are back to playing roller hockey soon.
